Franchise Sales Recruiter (Remote)

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates is hiring a remote Franchise Sales Recruiter. The Franchise Sales Recruiter is responsible for working with Franchise Sales Directors to recruit new franchise offices within their territory. The position prospects for, secures, conducts appointments with, and guides new leads through the process so that they ultimately convert into a Weichert Franchisee. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Proactively identifies, contacts, presents to, and follows up with potential new Franchisees for the Franchise Sales Director. Identifies new and creative recruiting methods to increase lead flow and candidate pipeline for the Franchise Sales Director. Consistently uses Company branded recruiting tools and best practice techniques to interview and introduce candidates to the benefits of entering a business relationship with WREA. Submits weekly and monthly reporting to the SVP of Franchise Sales. Performs other duties as assigned. RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Valid driver''s license required One (1) or more years of real estate experience preferred Ability to present to both small and large groups Ability to network and cold call to identify leads Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products Strong oral and written communications skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
