For more information, visit SummarySupport the Robotic and Fabrication shops with all related administrative duties.Reporting StatusAsset Integrity ManagerSupervisor ResponsibilitySupervisor will provide detailed training on all aspects of this position.Position Responsibilities & Accountabilities* Responsible for entering requisitions, issuing purchase orders & receiving items from purchase orders on all equipment and inventory related items. Matching and filing of PO and invoices for equipment and inventory related items. Code invoices for approval in TAP for equipment and inventory purchases. Work with Managers to obtain quotes prior to ordering.* Create Work Orders for Robot Inventory.* Review labor and parts issued on service work orders.* Issue parts and move status for service billing.* Issue parts for parts shipped to field.* Monitor the in and out movement of robots and report to Equipment Administrator for updates in JDE.* Repair weekly report of robot detailing backlog of broken units.* Inventory cycle counts of Robot Parts.* Review Time Sheets to ensure labor is posted to correct work order prior to approvals (Approve in Manager''s absence).* Entering Capital Acquisition Requests (CARs) for Fabrication Manager and Robotic Manager.* Upload repair tickets to JDE.* Upload DOT and repair tickets to ARI.* Work with Office Manager on Received Not Voucher and Open Commitments monthly, quarterly, and annually.* Enters Expense Reports as Requested for Managers.* Assisting Fabrication Manager in all aspects of completing equipment for deployment to field.* Prepares and updates WIP Report and CIP Report.* Updates specialized built equipment Report for Fabrication Manager and Fleet Services Specialist.* Other duties as assigned. jobsnowQualificationsFor the successful performance of this position, an individual must be able to achieve and/or perform the essential duties of the position. Bachelor''s degree preferred.* 2 - 3 years of experience with Inventory management and purchasing required.* 3 - 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a multi-person team environment.* Strong planning and organizational skills.* Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines.* Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.* Must be self-sufficient and highly motivated.* Must be able to interact with Executive Assistants and Senior Executives in a mature and businesslike manner.* Must be fluent and able to navigate web and server databases, preferably in JD Edwards, ARI and TAP. Licensed Notary Public, preferred.Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present information to individuals or groups (management, clients, customers, general public) and respond to questions.Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and apply basic statistical, algebraic and geometric concepts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volumes, etc.Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists and interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Other Skills and Abilities* Leadership Skills: Position requires individual to have strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and empower, to be a strong communicator able to take initiative and function independently.* Computer-Based: Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software. Ability to learn new applications quickly.
