Description Description FoundItOnAmazon (is a new shopping experience that inspires shoppers with an endless stream of visually beautiful products. We are bringing window shopping online with shopping content from brands and influencers, while seamlessly connecting the dots from inspiration to purchase and delivery. FoundItOnAmazon provides shoppers with a personalized, endless feed of outfit suggestions, trending products, shoppable lifestyle images and videos from the brands and influencers they love. Shoppers can easily view details about a product and purchase items or heart them to save for later. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor for what is becoming a huge area of growth for Amazon''s upper funnel customer engagement business.The Sr. Technical Program Manager will interact with product management, the engineering team, cross partner teams, multiple stakeholders and leadership to deliver complex projects and programs. The person will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-off decisions, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail driven and have excellent problem solving abilities. You will have a deep understanding of product design and implementation details and will successfully represent the technical team to senior leadership and customers. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will influence the team''s decisions and drive secure and robust solutions, which have great customer experience. As part of FoundItOnAmazon, you will:Provide technical leadership by facilitating solution/design/architectural discussionsWork closely with engineer and product owners to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements/constraintsProvide expertise on capacity management, level-of-effort estimation, task tracking and assignmentCollaborate with partner teams to define deliverables, roadmaps, and accompanying documentation for projects and programsWork with a cross-functional scrum teams to deliver projects in iterative release cyclesIdentify, anticipate, assess, track and mitigate issues, risks, roadblocks and escalations at multiple levelsCreate, maintain and communicate project status, metrics to stakeholdersBasic Qualifications 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teamsExperience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules5+ years of technical program management experiencePreferred Qualifications Experience with both client-side and server-side rendering frameworksExperience working with large distributed systems and ranking models (applied science)Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills6+ years of technical/application project management experience driving software development, testing, deployment, and supportAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
