Providing publishers, societies and entertainment services with essential reference data for rights management.POSITION: E&R Image SpecialistSHIFT: 8:00-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (Flexible)DEPARTMENT: EnrichmentREPORTS TO: Team Lead, E&RROLEResearch and collect the best representative images from websites, studios, distributors, vendors, screen captures, and related sources in a timely and accurate manner for entry into an internal database. Assisting Seniors with Salesforce case resolutions and high profile gap fill.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Collect photos, logos, and other digital assets from publicists and websites to drive new media products* Ability to use advanced Photoshop skills to process images* Take quick and immediate action on discrepancies or SNOW cases* Establish and maintain relationships with television and studios content providers and vendors* Maintain an organized system of archiving photos and tracking metadata* Analyze quality reports from customers to improve data quality and content coverage* Work closely with colleagues to secure that the department goals are met* Contribute and implement ideas and procedures to improve quality and productivity* Ability to confidently collaborate with Seniors and Team Lead* Assist Team Lead and/or Seniors with special projects as requested* Advanced knowledge of image types and processing guidelines for all program types* Strong knowledge of internal tools* Edit and monitor daily/weekly Spiderman reports, plus others as needed, to ensure completeness* Effectively understand instructions and aid in making sure all tasks are completed promptly, correctly, and efficiently* Ability to quickly change and complete tasks* Testing tools and sharing feedback as needed* Assist Rich Media with coverage for PTOREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:* Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred* A strong understanding of Gracenote content image standards with at least one year of experience working with images* Adobe Photoshop proficiency is a must* Must demonstrate effective organizational, grammatical, analytical, and communication skills* Must have strong keyboarding skills* Knowledge of Google Suite* Knowledge of film and television* Familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems and the Internet required* Must exhibit strong attention to detail and possess the ability to focus and self-motivate* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Good judgment and interpersonal skillsLI-JR1
