Our offerings are growing rapidly and we are continuously adding new partnerships and launching new products to enhance the Amazon customer experience. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial, self-sufficient and results oriented Account Manager with superior analytical and communications skills who obsesses over customers and is able to influence outcomes both internally and externally.The Account Manager is responsible managing multiple quickly growing payments businesses at Amazon, and will work closely with some of our key external partners - including some of the largest financial institutions in the US. Key job responsibilitiesWorking closely with our internal and external partners to drive program initiatives and identify key business opportunitiesDeveloping partner strategies that inform the creation and execution of innovative and scalable marketing programs to attract new customers and increase engagement with existing ones.Working cross-functionally with other Amazon business units to develop and execute co-marketing programs that align to team and cross-company goals.Basic Qualifications Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization5+ years of experience in program or project managementA Bachelor''s degree or higherExperience owning program strategy and end to end deliveryDemonstrable experience creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase customer awareness and drive product adoption.Demonstrable business development experience engaging and working with internal and external partners to identify and pursue new opportunities to grow and expand the business.Demonstrable experience juggling multiple priorities and providing leadership to deliver results in cross-functional environments.Demonstrable analytical skills using financial data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications Industry experience in payments, e-commerce, or financial servicesBachelor''s degree in business administration, marketing, economics or finance preferredMBA preferredAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
