There is no such thing as a ''growth hacker'' in healthcare, but there should be, and we hope it''s you.The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing new approaches to digital marketing in healthcare. You will have the opportunity to guide digital promotion & content strategy that supports the development and commercialization of the early cancer detection SHIELD portfolio. The Screening Unit''s singular focus on bringing our early cancer detection products to market allows us to act with the speed and urgency needed to achieve our ambitious goals and serve the millions of individuals who can benefit from early cancer detection.This role is a unique opportunity to use an experimental mindset coupled with your digital toolkit to drive the growth of a technology that is poised to change the lives of patients.Responsibilities:* Help support digital strategy development and lead day-to-day execution of digital tactics and programs with thorough market understanding to drive digital engagement, product sales, and other business objectives.* Manage content development. Plan and create clear, compelling and on-brand promotional and educational content for our digital experience, including website, emails, paid ads, social media and other channels driving awareness, user acquisition and user retention.* Help build video content strategy and manage the development of creative videos from initial storyboarding to final render* Relentless A/B & multi-variate testing of various digital campaigns for effective targeted marketing* Conduct SEO/SEM and traffic data analysis, including keyword and competitive research, that help support strategies to maximize organic traffic and SERP performance* Support brand awareness and demand generation efforts with end-to-end email marketing automation programs, lead nurturing campaigns and reporting on drip campaigns.* Hand-on development of email, landing pages and lead management within marketing cloud and * Management of vendors and agencies to support digital marketing initiatives* Develop metrics and make data-driven decisions to support business objectivesExperience:* 5+ years of content and digital marketing experience required across various channels* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels including search engine optimization, marketing automation platforms, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns* Creative thinker with good writing skills, able to make complex ideas simple.* Must have strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams* Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting including website and advertising analytic tools* 2 years of project management experience* Google Analytics, AdWords, or Tag Manager preferred* Preferable: Marketing Cloud & SFDC required. Marketo preferred.* Experience with Adobe creative cloud is a plus* Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.* Prior healthcare marketing experience is a plus* Prior Oncology Diagnostic/Biopharma experience is a plusEducation:* Minimum of a Bachelor''s degree (Marketing, Communications, English)LI-LH1Hybrid Work Model: At Guardant Health, we have defined days for in-person/onsite collaboration and work-from-home days for individual-focused time.
