PROJECT MANAGER

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAs a Project Manager you will kick off awarded Projects. You will apply your strong organizational skills to ensure that the essential tasks of each Project are completed in a timely manner. You will work with Client Managers, Directors, Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Professional Associates, to ensure that timely, informed communications are delivered to BBG clients. Responsibilities:• Data entry, maintenance, development with database;• Compile Draft or Final reports (checking for consistency with addresses, project numbers, dates etc.) and deliver based on client requirements/instructions;• Maintain project files; • Ability to handle heavy communication via email and phone;• Other duties to be assigned; and• Deliver outstanding, client service with, timely responses and proactive solutions.Requirements• Experience in applying critical thinking, creativity and effective business; communication to identify critical client needs and formulate appropriate solutions; • Strong PC software knowledge including databases;• Ability to work independently; • Effective time management skills, with strong organization and prioritization abilities.
