Associates Degree or college training may be substituted for some, but not all required experienceMinimum of 4+ years of design experience in the industry performing similar work plus prior CADD experience, requiredGood communication skills and detail orientedSoftware experience with Microsoft Office, Microstation and InRoads, required.
