Support areas include servers, networking, telecommunication systems and Epic technical support roles. This position reports to the ITS Director of Technology.ResponsibilitiesOversees primary IT Infrastructure Team support activities which consist of installation, troubleshooting, repair and system administration of components including servers, networking and telecommunication systems.Works with staff to develop strategic plans for infrastructure components, which include operating systems, telecommunication systems hardware and integration of SIH information systems and networks.Assists with development of annual IT budget and tracking of expenditures.Monitors and assists staff compliance with departmental protocols and expectation for completion of daily work tasks, management and documentation of work activities and use of service management tools.Collaborates with other ITS leaders to make sure systems and solutions are implemented in alignment with the needs and requirements of the department and SIH.QualificationsBS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering.PIQIT
