Position Summary The Episodic A&S SME must possess expert knowledge, skills, and abilities to oversee and perform the handling of the day-to-day management and administration of all exercise tasks and personnel support in a fast paced, multi- faceted program working in concert with the uniform Primary Instructor for each event. The A&S SME is required to provide assistance with data analytics, the conduct of calibration and rehearsals, and to observe the Cadre & Command Board in order to provide the Director, A&S recommendations for the improvement of the process. The A&S SME is responsible to the Task Lead for all administrative actions that are contract related. The A&S SME must have the ability to identify manpower requirements for each of the events conducted during Phase''s I and II, establish a phase in and phase out approach for cadre instructors / role players during A&S Phase II and ensure cadre instructors / role players meet all standards to include fitness and grooming standards for both Phase I and Phase II. The A&S SME shall participate in coordination meetings and AAR''s conducted at offsite locations within CLNC area or Fort AP Hill VA. The A&S Leadership will establish an initial coordination meeting approximately 45 days prior to execution where feasible to sync all efforts. A final coordination meeting will be scheduled approximately 15 days prior to execution where feasible to again sync all efforts for the upcoming course. All meetings will be at the discretion of the Director, A&S. In addition, the A&S SME shall be responsible for the following: * Provide a detailed personnel capability report during the 45-day coordination meeting (Electronic is acceptable to the Government in the absence of face-to-face interaction). Report covers any shortfalls in manning or request to deviate from manning reflected in the COR''s Tasking Memo.* Participate in pre-execution meeting 1 day prior to the start of Phase I / Phase II to ensure objectives of the A&S Program can be met and to facilitate the coordination of bringing on board all episodic cadre instructors / role players, labor support personnel and Human Behavioral SME''s. The A&S staff will work in concert with the A&S SME to ensure there are no issues with the catering service personnel or the dining facility.
