Senior Program Manager with Security Clearance

Program Manager R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (R&K) is a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with core capabilities in Mission Support, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intellegence, Exercise/Training, and Defense Healthcare in support of our Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security, Defense Health Agency, and Department of Transportation Customers. R&K has the opportunity to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in direct support of various DoD and Air Force (AF) Headquarters (HQ). This effort is to secure program support, professional services, engineering technical services that improve policy making, decision-making, management, administration, program management, or research and development activities for the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (USD(I&S), Secretary of the AF for Acquisitions (SAF/AQ), HQ AF Intelligence Directorate (A2), and elements within the Air Combat Command (ACC). The contract will provide Air Force enterprise Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) subject matter expertise related to platform, sensor, and communications infrastructure, with focus on the system and AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) enterprise architecture, CONOPs, policy, future technologies, STANAG 4575, analysis, facilitation and communication of evolving governance, standards, programmatic, and technical developments affecting the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Support to the Enterprise Program Elements. The R&K Team is seeking a highly qualified full-time Program Manager to manage the overall performance of all activities in this contract. Note: This position is contingent on contract award. Title: Program Manager - Senior Location: National Capitol Region, Washington D.C. Duration: Permanent/ Full-Time Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance Required Start Date: 5 May 2022 Duties: The successful candidate shall: • Apply knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the program. • Recommend viable solutions to problems and the pursuit of alternative courses of action. • Effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.). • Plan, research, analyze and assess weapons systems and associated equipment; formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule and performance objectives. • Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews. • Support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management. • Support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews and IMP/IMS reviews. Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSA): Candidate must have the following qualifications: 1. Possess the advanced knowledge, experience and recognized ability to be considered an expert in Program Management with demonstrated ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of junior and mid-level personnel. The candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices in the area of Program Management. 2. Candidate must meet one of the following requirements: a. Master''s Degree and twelve (12) years experience in Program Management, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD. b. Bachelor''s Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in Program Management, five (5) of which must be in the DoD. c. Twenty (20) years experience in Program Management, Eight (8) of which must be in the DoD. 3. Former US Military Service. 4. Air Command and Staff College (ACSC) Completion. 5. Ten (10) years C4ISR experience. 6. Ten (10) years DoD/Joint/Air Staff experience. 7. Required TS/SCI security clearance.
