Labcorp is seeking outstanding sales talent to grow and develop our market share of clinical laboratory clients in targeted market segments. Labcorp''s Regional Business Development Executive position will focus on gaining larger volume laboratory clients including Naturopaths and Functional/integrative Medicine providers.Labcorp is the clear regional Diagnostics leader in market share, as well as leading with key health system partnerships in the Pacific Northwest. This is an ideal position for executive level diagnostic sales professionals who can leverage the vast capabilities Labcorp offers to key C-Suite level decision makers. The position will be responsible for effectively communicating and selling the full range of benefits of Labcorp''s clinical diagnostics offerings to practices in the functional medicine-naturopathic space, as well as other larger laboratory users.The RBDE position executes our direct sales efforts primarily to the clinic''s leadership and providers. This is a true hunter role, and the candidate is expected to prospect, develop and close his or her own sales targets on a monthly basis, in tandem with a long term focus required for larger conversion targets.Responsibilities:Sell and maintain laboratory testing services to professionals within the Naturopathic/functional medicine clinics, as well as other larger practices in WashingtonCreate and execute a plan for revenue growth in this segmentMeet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territorySuccessfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updatesNetwork, prospect, and build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement, aided by Labcorp''s sales analytics team to assist with targetingDevelop a Salesforce pipeline and visit log record system to forecast and document progressEffectively manage travel logistics to maximize sales productivityCollaborate, communicate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with Labcorp Clinical Sales counterpartsCollaborate closely with team members to retain current book of businessEffectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospectsPerform in-services, training and implementation with pertinent personnel and physician staff, with support and assistance from our implementation team.Provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products and market updates for current customer baseThis is your opportunity to join an organization known for advanced testing, with a solid reputation as a front-runner in the diagnostics industry.
