As part of the Transformation Project Management office, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on the information needed by senior leaders that will enable them to make key decisions during our transformation. Your day-to-day work will support the creation of tools, frameworks, dashboards, and communications, working in a highly collaborative team and across corporate and market-level functions, leveraging existing subject matter experts. Your experience in managing projects, understanding complexities in tracking in reporting across multiple teams and functions, especially Finance, and your ability to problem solve within and across team, organize, and prioritize information, and manage confidential material relating to corporate and org decisions is essential to a successful transformation. Throughout the transformation, you will work closely with the entire California-based team. You will report to the Director of Transformation, with coaching from the PMO manager of Transformation. Essential Functions: Partners with Finance to collect and maintain potential investments needed to support transformation and integration programs, and track value created by transformation and integration programs. Maintains via regular updates performance dashboard for enterprise KPIs and transformation value created. Efficiently prepares high-quality PowerPoint and Excel deliverables to support executive reviews and updates on cross-market transformation programs and value created by these programs. Synthesizes and provides regular updates on progress, barriers, and radar items to ensure visibility and traction on key issues. Generates insights on how to address dependencies, barriers, and risks. Develops and maintains organized documentation for efficient department operations. Leads formal and informal presentations to peers and managers and participates in active discussion with senior leaders to influence decisions. Manages peer relationships with cross-functional colleagues in support of shared deliverables. Recommends strategies in relation to report building and data capture. Conducts analysis, shapes data collection strategy, and supports quality review and interpretation of analysis. Partners with business leaders to collect integration and strategic program plans, updates, KPIs and value created in timely manner. Works with internal Communications team to cascade appropriate updates and dashboards to broad senior leadership audiences. Identifies and recommends process standardization opportunities. Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Finance, Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field, or a combination of education and/or equivalent experience specifically relevant to the primary role accountabilities. Experience: 2-3 years'' experience in finance, M&A, management consulting, internal or strategy consulting, or project management for a healthcare (preferred) organization, or progressive management experience in a related field. Knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts and principles. Experience with program management (PMO) or performance improvement is preferred. Demonstrated project management, consulting, and facilitation skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Solid quantitative and analytical skills, complimented by ability to present synthesized information in a structured manner and attention to details. Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency with program management tools, especially Smartsheet, preferred. Fluency with visual data representation tools, such as Tableau, preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization skills. Interviewing and interpersonal skills.
