Senior Recruiter

This role is open to remote within Colombia.Huge Colombia is looking to add a Senior Recruiter to the team!We are responsible for building a global community of Hugers. We are a team of brand ambassadors, talent scouts, investigators and negotiators who scour the globe for the top 1% across Experience Design, Integrated Creative, Strategy, Tech, Program and Product Management and Client Services.Responsibilities:* Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their needs.* Hunt and gather in both traditional and at times, bizarre ways.* Deliver an awesome candidate experience to each and every person who walks through our door.* Negotiate every detail of hiring a future Huger down to the most minute details while keeping the process exciting.* Serious search and sourcing skills.Requirements/Qualifications:* 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, creative, high energy environment.* Digital agency recruiting experience a plus.* Creative and tech recruitment experience.* Seasoned in all phases of recruitment - sourcing, assessment, relationship building, networking, negotiation, etc.* Genuine interest in people - their experiences, stories, and motivations.* A great attitude - We take attitude seriously, we don''t like bad ones!
