JOB SUMMARYResponsible for leading all aspects of build, launch and lifecycle of an LPWAN (low-power WAN) platform for IoT solutions, including commercialization, functionality and launch readiness. This role needs to be abreast of new LPWAN technology and industry trends in order to provide guidance on product strategy and new development needs. Serving on a cross-function team at the center of a fast paced, highly visible environment. The role will report to the Director, Mobile Product, but will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Deep understanding of industry best practices in product development process specific to the Cable or telecommunications space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.Collaborative information gathering to translate high level process goals into specific sub-processes with appropriate documentation.Develop communication plan for stakeholders and process participants.Proactively identify analysis to support the effort and conduct with deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.Support the development and communication of Product Strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
