When in the candidate zone, you will be able to see your previous applications for both IBM and Kyndryl.For further information on privacy, please visit Role and Responsibilities* Continuous interaction with Network Engineering squads to maintain network availability and compliance. and Vendors to drive critical items to completion in the area of Wide Area Network, Campus infrastructure and internet transport.* Work with Business Unit and Stake Holders on requirements and communicating progress* Track project statuses, resolve roadblocks (resource constraints, requirement ambiguity, etc.), and communicate ongoing progress to stakeholders.* Work with Operations and vendors on reported issues until completion, including Incident and Change Management* Create and Manage Capacity Dashboard to monitor key matrix required for Steady State operations model* Plan and deliver Network upgrades, installations of new products and supporting existing appliances.* Provide technical guidance to project managers and lead architecture and hardware discussions with vendors* Candidates should be willing to research, learn and use new technology yet focused on deliverables.* Coach and mentor less experienced team members, promote effective teamwork and support related initiatives.* Experience of using and managing incident/change/problem/RCA processIf you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $78,000 to $151,000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.General employment benefits are automatically listed in the ''Other things to know'' field of the req; no action required for bullet 2.Required Technical and Professional Expertise* A minimum of 5 years'' experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Engineering with Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, SDWAN, or other large-scale vendor certifications.* IT related education (at least Bachelor level)* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environment* Excellent ability to manage stakeholders* Extensive application support experience within WANs, LANs, Wireless.* Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.* Ability to operate network component analyzers, scanners, and testers.* Ability to provide direction, communicate and provide strong leadership to network vendors who provide products and services.* Demonstrate capability managing simultaneous projects, crisis situations, and successfully meeting deadlines.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience* Project Management experience* IT engineering education* Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper or other large scale vendor certifications.* An understanding of contemporary and legacy security Network technologies.* Proven analytic skills and the ability to isolate and resolve complex issues.* Demonstrated ability to defend and support ideas.* Demonstrated communication skills.* Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutionsRequired EducationBachelor''s DegreePreferred EducationBachelor''s DegreeBeing You @ KyndrylKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
