Utilize technical and client environment knowledge to assure services and components are designed and delivered to meet their availability targets. They will provide a holistic view of the client''s environment and make recommendations to improve overall service availability. Develop and maintain Availability Plan which prioritizes and plans IT availability. Monitor IT availability levels by comparing actual levels against targets and addressing shortfalls. Focuses on Individual/Team Objectives and Developing Professional Effectiveness.Skills:* Environment: Professional knowledge related to incumbent''s position, team, and department. Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.* Communication/Negotiation: Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.* Problem Solving: Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.* Contribution/Leadership: Works on professional projects;work is often reviewed for developmental purposes. May contribute by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $74.000 to $141.000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience.
