The right candidate will bid on new projects, maintain scopes of work, track blueprints and design changes, etc.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSolicit bidsPre-qualify subcontractorsSetup and monitor option costs and sales pricesMaintain and update current budgetsSpread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increasesPrepare direct costs analysis and variances for reviewInput original Direct Costs budgetExecute lot starts and final proof all unit costsQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor''s degree (B.
