About Your Role:Reporting directly to the Day Treatment Supervisor, the Behavioral Health Coordinator is responsible for providing specialized service to clients based on need as established in the treatment plan. Duties and Responsibilities: Meet 3-5 times per week with clients in a controlled group environment as required, to ensure their needs are met. Must be able to independently assess situations and to quickly modify group activities. Review the file, treatment plan and cultural considerations from the referring worker. Responsible for developing and facilitating group activities and discussions when appropriate. Maintain daily service logs of all client related activities using approved progress notes format. Create and update Client Treatment Plans as required. Maintain client authorizations and files. Participate in team meetings Coordinator Services and collaborate with team members and community partners. Submit payroll and billing information timely and accurately. Attend all mandatory meetings/training sessions. Does the Following Apply to You?
