This role will be responsible for managing the overall strategic relationship for the network and edge practice in addition to developing new opportunities for join collaboration with key strategic alliances. By leveraging a deep understanding of our company, offerings and services as well as the broader industry, this individual will assess the competitive landscape and identify unique opportunities to create value between the organizations.What you get to do in this role:* Deeply understand the partner business and their domain expertise to align a partner''s capabilities to our complementary markets* Create new business and offerings with those partners that generate valuable outcomes or our shared customer* Generate new paths to revenue for both Kyndryl and our partners* Works with the in-Country Practices to inform them of capacity build requirements and delivery strategies as well as localize offerings for their specific market* Responsible for positioning offerings in the market relative to the competition based on capability, pricing, client value, consumability, etc.* Analyzes new partnerships or expansion of partnerships for the Global Network & Edge practice* Responsible for pre-sales engagement, business strategy and thought leadership for Kyndryl partnership with Strategic Global Alliances* Drives cross-industry development and go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions with our partners* Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals* Assign resources to joint solution development opportunities, and consistently evaluate progress against goalsIf you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $159.000 to $245.000 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.General employment benefits are automatically listed in the ''Other things to know'' field of the req; no action required for bullet 2.Required Technical and Professional Expertise* Understand the needs of the Alliance & Channels Ecosystem organization* Demonstrated experience leading large complex engagements or projects, working with clients.* Min of 3-5 years'' experience in product marketing, technical product marketing, product management, or related field. Proven experience developing and executing GTM strategies using scenario and use case-based messaging and positioning, both to a business and technical audience. Deep experience in the Network and Edge.* Ability to operate in cross functional teams and execute effectively under aggressive deadlines. Strong organizational, managerial skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results. Exposure to segmentation, positioning, pricing and new product development practices preferred.* Excellent communication skills, self motivated and self starter. Demonstrates thought leadership and Network & Edge expertise through blogs, whitepapers and event participations* Successfully developed forward-looking strategies in previous roles while clearly outlining the investment and go-to-market plan necessary to achieve this strategy across headcount, hiring, training, and toolsPreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceEnvironment:Business unit, country, or international professional mastery related to operations, strategies, and objectives in leading edge or critical munication/Negotiation:Teamwork at highest levels.
