Zions Bancorporation seeks a detail-oriented, creative, and energetic MDM Information Analyst to assist with business requirements and integration of data into our Customer Data ART (Agile Release Train). Your ability to adapt, learn, and innovate helps increase revenue, reduce operational costs, and mitigates risk.The MDM Information Analyst will:Actively participate in the design, construction, QA, and/or implementation of projects in the Customer ARTEnsure accurate integration of applications into MDM and mastering the Customer Golden Record; including defining requirements, completing mapping documents used for coding and validating resultsIdentify data quality issues in regards to accuracy & completeness, create source to target data mapping documents and defining business rulesCleanse and apply governance to attributes to ensure data standards are met and maintainedProfile data to identify gaps/problems and recommend viable options to resolveAnalyze the impact of any new requirements on existing solutionsCollaborate with the business SME to resolve data governance, data quality and technical solutions related to data ingestionImplement measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes to support a robust and successful MDM platformParticipate in creation of test cases with QA testing team and businessCommunicate and facilitate clearly with stakeholders and business ownersChampion ideas and sell them to othersWork independently in a team environment to complete needed jobsTake ownership of issues through resolution including close coordination between various teamsTechnical Skill and Qualifications:4+ years in a data analyst role or similar requiredTechnical understanding of data models (e.g. Teradata Financial Data Model), data mining and segmentation techniques requiredStrong knowledge of and experience with SQL queries (3 years progressive experience preferred)Experience in building and maintaining Source-to-Target Mapping and data lineage documentationStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyCurious and Critical thinker with track record of analyzing complex problems, documenting needs and communicating to a variety of audiences requiredSome banking knowledge preferredStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and employees requiredBachelors'' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field requiredHighly motivated individual and a self-starterAble to prioritize and manage time effectivelyA combination of education and experience may meet requirements.Location: This position is located at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT (hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days remote work schedule).Pay Range - depends on experience: $80,000 - $100,000With benefits starting on day one, 11 bank holidays, profit sharing and company-matched 401(k) contributions, Zions is dedicated to being an employer of choice in our communities.
