Responsibilities OBXtek is currently staffing for an End User IT Support Team Lead to provide daily onsite operational support to the Treasury''s Foreign Intelligence Network (TFIN). End user IT Support Team Lead will supervise and manage the activities of the helpdesk support team. This position will ensure a high level of customer service with customers and serve as a backup coverage as needed. Responsibilities * Interact with customers with superior customer service * Supervise helpdesk employees to include performance management and training * Facilitate scheduling and manage workflow * Monitoring tickets and phone calls * Define workflows and update SOPs * Develop Service Level Agreements * Design and implement request handling, escalation policies and procedures, and provide improvement processes * Transfer data between networks * Administer operations tools and processes for design, development, configuration, documentation and implementation Qualifications Security Clearance: Must hold a current Top Secret Clearance with SCI access Must be a US Citizen and all immediate family members and all members of your household must be US Citizens Required Education, Experience & Skills: * Minimum of a Bachelor''s degree in Computer Support, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent job experience * 6+ years desktop or helpdesk support experience * Certification in Security +CE (preferred), Comptia A+, or Net+ * Solid understanding of IT supported technologies and broad knowledge of IT technology and infrastructure technologies * Knowledge of current technological developments and trends in industry * Fluency with technical manuals and procedural documentation * Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel at all levels of organization. * Strong customer service orientation * Self-motivated and self-directed with keen attention to detail Security Clearance Top Secret with SCI eligibility Company Information COVID Policy: Prospective and/or new employees will be required to adhere with OBXtek''s vaccination policy.
