Because our focus is not only on nourishing our customers, but also about enriching you.This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARY:The Sales Finance Associate assists the Nestlé Retail Sales (NRS) organization for both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse across multiple operating companies. The position''s primary responsibilities include system set-up and maintenance support for retail execution activities and trade programs, as well as data enrichment setup and maintenance within Exeedra/AFS (Retail Solution application).PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the creation and management of online retail solution tools in support of retail execution and trade programsSet up, edit, or change key fields in the sales tool, including task & question activities, quarterly campaign focus points, promotional sales surveys, and data enrichment detailsUpdate specific account authorized listings by account and/or productUpdate existing resource center documents with new files, removing or changing existing documents when neededIdentify and create unique customer or product groups to support NRS deploymentMonitor multiple web-based online interfaces and troubleshoot escalated issues, partnering with internal and external stakeholders as necessaryProvide support on escalated issues and communicate resolutions to applicable stakeholders and end user support servicesConduct and lead team meetings on existing priorities and key focus activities in online retail solutions toolsParticipate in continuous improvement activities using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology; lead and manage continuous improvement projects as neededREQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor''s degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong emphasis in intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)EXPERIENCE:1-2 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience, sales support, or customer service preferredREQUIRED SKILLS:Strong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work cross functionally within various teamsDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentEffective time management skills with a results-focused mindsetStrong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solveStrong computer skills, including the ability to learn new systems quicklyIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.To our veterans and separated service members, you''re at the forefront of our minds as we recruit top talent to join Nestlé.
