Description Description Amazon''s Corporate and Brick & Mortar Gift Card business is rapidly growing and significantly contributes to Amazon''s profitability by managing a large set of corporate customers globally. Our business is seeking a Salesforce Program Manager with subject matter expertise to own projects on our Salesforce roadmap globally, working closely with a team of Salesforce Program Managers, Administrators, Developers and dozens of internal stakeholders across business, operations, marketing, sales, product and engineering.Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for creation of project documentation, requirements gathering, scope finalization, and delivery of roadmap projects.Creates, drives, and documents User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Program Manager led projects.Creates and communicates release notes to stakeholders, end-user training documentation, and user updates on new features and projects.Participates in discovery sessions with Administrators, Developers, and functional team members to identify the right solutions for the business.Work directly with end-users and management to support reporting and administrative needs.Promote user adoption of Salesforce.Write and execute test plans.Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance, and compliance.Basic Qualifications Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementsA Bachelor''s degree or higher3+ years experience in program or project managementExperience defining and executing against program requirements • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience • 3+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience • Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model • Experience with Salesforce change management • Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams. • Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: regional and global marketing teams, sales, sales operationsPreferred Qualifications Experience owning integrations or large scale migrationsBasic Qualifications Experience using data and metrics to drive improvementsA Bachelor''s degree or higher3+ years experience in program or project managementExperience defining and executing against program requirements • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience • 3+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience • Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model • Experience with Salesforce change management • Excel in a collaborative environment; we work with Legal, Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and product teams. • Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: regional and global marketing teams, sales, sales operationsPreferred Qualifications Experience owning integrations or large scale migrations
