Job Summary : The Naval and Land Based Radar Systems (NLBRS) Department within the Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) Directorate is searching for radar integrators, analysts, and testers to support various radar programs. Integration and Test engineers are responsible for interconnecting subsystems, identifying and resolving system level issues that may stem from software or hardware anomalies, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level requirements verification. Overview of the SPY-6 Family of Radars The SPY-6 Family of Radars: Delivering Unmatched Air and Missile Defense to the Fleet - YouTube Overview of the GhostEye Family of Radars GhostEye: A Family of Next-Gen Radars - YouTub e (Responsibilities to Anticipate: Support system level radar integration and test planning, execution, and reporting Prepare plan, procedures, test cases, and integration information sheets (IISs) Utilize DOORS to capture verification artifacts and maintain traceability to requirements Develop automated testing frameworks in support of integration and test Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues Utilize data analysis results to support system level requirements verification Qualification You Must Have: Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Typically requiresnd five (5) years of prior experience in Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification and Validation OR an Advanced Degree and three (3) years of prior experience Background in integration and test methods, processes and development of integration and test plans and procedures Experience with radar systems or signal processing Experience with programming in MATLAB, C/C++, Python, or other programming language Qualifications We Value: Experience in radar systems test environments, and in development of test scripts and procedures Experience with testing in an AGILE environment Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements Experience with DOORS or a related database Background in Combat System concept of operations Understanding of software development collaboration tools (Clearcase, DOORS, SharePoint) Experience in troubleshooting radar systems, root cause identification, corrective action implementation and associated documentation What We Offer: Whether youre just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
