Senior Operations Manager with Security Clearance

Position Summary **This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award ** All Candidates Signed Will be on a Contingent Basis MAG Aerospace is bidding on a contract which supports the Department of the Navy''s Integrated Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence (IC2&I) Division with research, planning, design, engineering, prototype development, software development, integration, testing, and specified technology solutions. We are hiring for a Senior Operations Manager to act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort in support of IOCS and their associated networks. This position will work in the Patuxent River / St. Inigoes, Maryland region Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. * Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. * Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements. Requirements Minimum Requirements Experience: * 8 years of Direct Experience working as a General Manager or Operations Manager with the coordinated Master''s Degree detailed below * All of the required experience shall be with DoD and/or IC communication systems and networks * Demonstrated experience working the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of systems * Experience in supervision in all areas of program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management Education / Certifications: * Master''s Degree in any of the following: Business or business discipline; Engineering or engineering discipline; Computer science or IT discipline * OR * In Lieu of a Masters Degree, 12 total years'' of experience working as a General Manager or Operations Manager is required WITH a Bachelor''s Degree Clearance: * TOP SECRET/SCI - CURRENT/ACTIVE (SCI - Eligible) Other Qualifications * Must be a US Citizen Special Note: The position is contingent upon candidate''s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.
