Job Description:Operational Marketing Manager - Automotive Market (The Woodlands, Texas)Huntsman Advance Materials is looking for an Operational Marketing Manager who is ambitious and capable leader that wants to be part of a high-performance team that continually drives innovation & performance improvement across all aspects of manufacturing. This position is located at The Woodlands, Texas.The Operational Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and implement regional promotional plans to deliver growth objectives in alignment with our global market strategies. They are expected to analyze and understand market trends and work with the Pricing Manager to develop pricing policies to execute or adjust plans accordingly. Key elements of the job will interact with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of milestones and growth objectives are met.The Operational Marketing Manager will work closely with business functions including Strategic Marketing, Commercial & Technical Sales, Product Management, and Technology & Innovation to drive the implementation of robust regional plans to ensure we are leveraging technologies from other regions and developing new opportunities to grow our Specialties business in line with financial targets. Key Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement regional marketing plans to deliver growth objectives in support of our overall strategic marketing planLead the execution of regional marketing plans from start to finish, leveraging internal support to drive collaboration with all stakeholdersCollaborate with Strategic Marketing to create and refine value propositions through market analysis, competitive insights, and voice of customer feedback to provide effective plans and marketing collateral to the Commercial TeamActively manage the New Business Opportunity Pipeline in alignment with the Commercial Team in C4C (CRM) Platform to maximize lead generation and acceleration of opportunities through the pipelineConduct and maintain KPI reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for development of future targeted promotions and go-to-market strategiesAccountable for delivering annual market revenue and COMA (with a 2 year horizon) through active management of the 4Ps:Product: all SKUs, life cycle, NPI process and qualificationPrice: price management and value through ASP, RMs, COMA intensity and integration into War Room. Place: i.e. channel to market, distributors, 3rd party logistic providers, Tollers, etc.Promotion: all collateral activities including print, digital, web, webinars, exhibitions, NPD launchesEffectively manage the regional product portfolio to optimize the product range to maximize margin intensityQualifications:Bachelor''s Degree in marketing, business, or science discipline with minimum of 5+ years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry requiredAdvanced degree in business, marketing, or economics discipline is desiredProven experience in project management, value selling, or strategic marketingDemonstrated proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Quality processes (QT9 system), ISO procedures, and industry qualification of products is requiredMetrics-driven marketing approach with ability to think outside of the boxPreferred Skills:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communicationIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong project management, attention to detail, and decision-making skillsHuntsman is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
