Patient Care Tech ICU Requisition : 571003 Location: Sibley Memorial Hospital, Washington, DC 20016 Category: Nursing Support/Patient Care Work Shift: Night Shift Work Week: Full Time Weekend Work Required: Yes Date Posted: Aug. 15, 2022The 14-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) specializes in the management of adult and geriatric medical and surgical patients who have or are at high risk for a variety of life-threatening conditions. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) works as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) with advanced training in specific clinical skills/competencies on the health care team. Periodically checks patients, takes vital signs, and observes condition of the patient and patient care equipment or devices.
