Service Advisor - Acura

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to work 5 days a week (1 Saturday a month)? Are you customer-focused, energetic and friendly? Acura of Ellicott City is searching for an Automotive Service Advisor. Act as the point of contact with our customers. This role helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership. You will be well versed in automotive service matters and thoroughly understand the customer''s problems to set and manage expectations. We want the customer to receive first-class service at our dealership. Must be 21 years of age or older, have a valid driver''s license and insurable by our carrier.
