Job Purpose & Responsibilities: This Production Lead is responsible for managing and maintaining the company''s overall production & quality processes, while maintaining a safe work environment. Support and assist shift supervisor in managing production functions, including filling in for supervisors when required Function as floater to trouble shoot areas that need assistance, including coverage for absent employees, training new hires, assisting with new tooling, developing routings, etc. Follow instructions from job routings and supervisory personnel when running jobs to produce quality parts while maintaining desired production levels. Supervise and train helpers or rackers Assist supervisors with employee performance evaluations Ensure scheduled work is communicated and processed in a timely manner Report Other duties and responsibilities as assigned What are we looking for?
