Job Description ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and product support services for Army C5ISR mission-critical systems. We are seeking aSenior Project Management Specialists tomanage performance, cost, and schedule of all Integrated Product Support deliverables to include PPL, EDFP, IETM, TSP, IMI, IK TB, and MAC. Roles/Responsibilities: * Manages staffing and tracks internal and external suspense and correspondence. * Tracks and ensures responses to all tasks received across the organization. * Receives direction, technical guidance, and leadership necessary to accomplish the mission. * Possesses a working knowledge of the planning process and project management. * Assists in the definition of and documentation of processes into standard operating procedures or other written procedures. * Assures integrated and coordinated short-term, mid-term, and long-range planning on projects and tasks. * Initiates, develops, revises, recommends, and ensures implementation of policies, plans, procedures, and directives. * Identifies existing or potential problem areas within the area of operations and recommends corrective action. * Advises and assists higher-level staff pertaining to assigned program, briefing preparation, and objectives. * Collaborates internally and externally and provides advice and support to the organization leadership, staff, and program manager on any assigned programs/projects for stakeholder engagements, briefings, reports, etc. * Assists in accomplishing detailed planning for complex management projects, issues, and initiatives. Provides support for risk analysis and tracking of cost, schedule, performance of projects/programs. Requirements Requirements: * Bachelor''s Degree in Business or related field.* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in management.* Ability to perform a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties in support of the organization.* Possesses knowledge which includes planning, risk management, and program analysis.* Current Secret Clearance. Additional Requirements: * Six (6) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education or four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service with an associate degree.
