This is a hybrid work arrangement so on average, you would be working in the office three days a week, two from home.Primary job responsibilities:Responsible for research & development and design of new or existing products.Applies engineering techniques to design and/or manufacture products at the lowest overall cost and enhance product value to the customer by either Project, Product or Value Engineering.Provides engineering design and analysis within assigned project scope of work. This may include layouts, specification development, and engineering drawings. Assumes responsibility for cost, schedule, quantity, and budget control for the engineering scope of work.Develops resolution of problems of limited scope following standard procedures.Use advanced software such as NavisWorks, SmartPlant, AutoCAD and our in-house programs TRACERLYNX and PROMAN to optimize our design process. Performs various engineering and circuit design tasks within our innovative paperless workflow process. Proactively establish customer relationships at appropriate levels and manage client expectations relative to technical execution methodologies, scope, schedule, progress, and technical change management.
