Lead Full Stack Engineer - MEAN stack

Title: Full Stack EngineerClient Description: Banking CompanyLocation: Hybrid, 2-3 days remote per weekPay Rate: $75-$85per hour on W2Looking to hire a Lead Full Stack Engineer to support their custom in-house application for Call Center agents. This application is built in the MEAN stack and this Engineer will work closely on the continued expansion/customization of this product. One of the large integrations they are looking at is integrating the platform to Salesforce so Salesforce experience would be a nice to have. MEAN stack experience is a must.This position leads development, implementation, and support of Deposit Technology roadmap. This position requires knowledge and experience with API & Microservices development to integrate with Internal Solutions, CCaaS Solution, Salesforce ecosystem, Integration with vendors, and Omni-channel support. While strategic thinking and coordination are important elements of this role, this individual will be required to take a very hands-on role with requirements, design, development, testing, deliverable preparation, and other related activities across various IS groups.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end (conception, development, maintenance, and evolution) implementation of API/Microservices and user interface. Includes working as an effective liaison between the front office, business units and other technology groups to ensure that client needs are addressed while maintaining alignment to the Client Care goals and strategyIdentify enhancements and work directly with stakeholders to provide solutions.Collaborate with the architecture group to define systems architecture, design techniques and development standards to support cross-functional, multi-system solutions that scale and are flexible to meet the future needs of the organizationOversee the design, scoping, implementation, and testing in short agile release cycles of in-house development and vendor implementations end-to-endWork with peers to perform Code Reviews to ensure code governance model and adherence to the established development process is followedPerform ongoing customizations to product features and integrations with other SystemsDocument standard operating procedures for data and integrations developmentManage deployments for both metadata and record-based configuration through the Bank''s standard release managementExperience and EducationBachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred6+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions with hands-on development of complex systems architecture2+ years of financial services experienceMicro Services and Apigee knowledgeExperience with Salesforce Financial service cloud is added advantageProficient at VSCode, Github, Jira process in an Agile environmentRequired skills - Node.js, JavaScript, SQL, REST, Angular, MongoDB, PythonExperience with SOAP, REST, Webservices, JSON, and SOA/Integration technologiesExperience with SQL and relational databasesWorking experience with real time stream processingHands on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (OCP)Have experience in DevOps stack (CI & CD) and other dependency management and build tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, AnsibleExperience implementing System Monitoring using Splunk and New RelicExperience with CCaaS integrations, Customer Service applications and Client 360 views is added advantageSalesforce Financial Cloud and Service Cloud knowledge is added advantage - provided by Dice
