Job DescriptionThe Network Administrator is expected to possess technical proficiency in support, configuration and reliable operation of Windows OS, MacOS, Android, IOS, Linux and at least one other core Technology Domain listed. A qualified candidate must have the aptitude and drive for learning the other Core Technology Domains.Top 3 Skills and experience:1. Windows OS Troubleshooting 2+ year preferred,2. SCCM Packaging 2+ year preferred,3. PowerShell Scripting 1+ year preferredThe Core Technology Domains include the following:Installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining physical and some virtual Windows ServersUtilize management solutions such as KACE, SCCM, BigFix, and MDT to provision, deploy, update and troubleshoot end-user devicesEnd user management solutions such as Active Directory, Desktop Authority, and Group Policy ManagementInternet Protocol (IP) and subnet management solutions such as Infoblox or Microsoft DHCP serverSecure various end-user devices on a network such as mobile devices, laptops, desktop pcs and servers, on a network using security solutions such as McAfee EPO, CrowdStrike, and Microsoft Bitlocker Administration Management.Writing automation scripts in Powershell, Ansible, and/or SQLThe Network Administrator will report to a Service Support Administrator.Responsible for the execution of DTI Service Desk contact, problem, incident and request management policies and procedures.Responsible for the diagnosis, troubleshooting and tracking of all computer-related incidents.Responsible for escalating problems and incidents to designated level 2 and level 3 help desk support entities.Responsible for reporting incident status and system outage notifications to customers, technical staff and applicable management entities.Responsible for logging incidents and problem resolution activities into a computerized tracking system.Responsible for maintaining a robust and accurate knowledge base repository.Responsible for providing hands-on PC and peripheral equipment troubleshooting, repair and installation support.Responsible for generating help desk related performance statistics, as required.Responsible for training support staff, as required.Responsible for training support staff, as required.Responsible for maintaining backend systems: Active Directory, Adobe Creative Cloud, Workspace One, Client AMT EMA, Beyond Trust Remote Support, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, Dell Command Toolset, Quest Desktop Authority, Quest KACE System Management Appliance, Infoblox DHCP, JAMF, PrinterLogic, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Stealthbit Stealth Audit for File Servers, VM Horizon, and many Powershell Scripts.Position res
