Automotive Production Manager (OH)

Summary:This position will be responsible for all aspects of the auto body, paint shop and quality control department including employees and production. Pay Range depending on experience - 55k-100k+ (with bonus)Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Adheres to Company safety rules and policiesOversees production of body area, paint area and quality control department including employees and productionEffectively handle personnel issues and escalating more complicated issues while having coordinated conversations with Human ResourcesConduct employee performance and disciplinary reviews with support from Human ResourcesCoordinate production and continually develop the team''s skills and techniques Audit quality of completed work between each departmentPromote efficient processes and workflow to improve productivityCommunicate clearly and effectively internally and with customers regarding workflow, production and logisticsSupport team (as needed) by answering questions about damage on inbound vehiclesSupport team (as needed) when they are ordering parts, materials and suppliesDo final review and quality check of all completed vehicles prior to returning to customerCoordinate with recruiting team to organize and conduct interviews of potential candidatesGive feedback on staffing and employee morale to Human Resources to help promote a positive work culture Continuously promote new initiates to improve productivity and efficiency in productionReview and implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles Support Pro Team in implementing employee development programs, SOPs and other training materials to help grow internal talentMust be able to read, understand and write auto body estimatesRequires the use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to: mask, gloves, face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes and/or other protective garments/equipment as neededMay be required to work overtime as neededPerform other duties as assigned by ReCondition Pros managementJob Requirements:High School diploma or GED requiredAuto Body Technical degree preferred5+ years automotive cosmetic repair management experience required, Production Manager experience preferredIntermediate computer skills required including MS Word, Excel and EmailMust have high levels of attention to detail, be able to multitask and stay organized Must demonstrate the ability to act professionallyEmbrace lean manufacturing and high volume production principlesMust be able to pass pre-employment screeningMust be able to ready, write and communicate effectively in EnglishMust be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time throughout the shiftMust be able to occasionally move about inside the warehouse to access cabinets, supplies, etcMust be able to to occasionally lift, move, push and/or pull up to 50 poundsReCondition Pros is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
