For more on life at Aspirant, visit SUMMARYAs a SharePoint Solutions Consultant, you will champion enterprise-class Microsoft solutions for our clients. You will provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Framework including web services and enterprise portals. This is a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of the transformation and modernization effort. You will employ technical and planning skills by participating in large projects while seeking to improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. Your primary responsibilities are architecting SharePoint environments, migrating content to SharePoint Online / 2016 / 2019, developing, and delivering quality SharePoint solutions using leading edge patterns and practices.ResponsibilitiesAssess customers environment and map their requirements to standard SharePoint features, identify customization areas, estimate the customization effort, and translate the analyzed requirements to design using SharePoint.Lead, guide, and architect the SharePoint strategy, and vision for the desired stakeholder experience focused on modern design and enablement of the strategy into new business models, services, solutions, and products.Handle the build out and continuous improvement of the SharePoint Online environments through developing engaging insights, narratives, and strategic framework to align teams on the definition of the ask, prioritization, and sequencing of initiatives.Develop modern SharePoint components using SharePoint Framework, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, SharePoint REST API, 3rd party integrations etc. Develop Processes and PowerShell Scripts to facilitate the migration of content to Office 365 / SharePoint On-PremisesContribute to modern intranet development projects by designing and building SharePoint Framework web parts and extensions, setting up modern UI sites, information architectureAssist in defining and executing change management that drives adoption of SharePoint Online and its integration with other M365 services.Bridge design and business disciplines, evaluating and gauging appropriate risks and future opportunities.Acting as a trusted advisor for our customers, translating centralized M365 roadmap insight into customer-specific impact avoidance and benefit realization.Assist with functional requirements and develop design specifications for technical solutions by working cross-functionally with customer users, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify and understand goals, pain points, and improvement opportunities to make the appropriate recommendations.Create, adapt, integrate, combine, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and fix technical solutions to solve knowledge worker and information-related problems, and enable opportunities that either would benefit from or that rely upon systems and processes to provide the highest levels of service.Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environmentsQualificationsEDUCATIONBachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field.REQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of 3 years of SharePoint Development experience. Demonstrated experience with, and advanced knowledge of, Microsoft 365 SharePoint platforms and Azure is required.Experience with developing sites, templates, and pages within Microsoft SharePoint Online 365Experience with applying multiple permission layers to a SharePoint site for internal and external usersAbility to enhance SharePoint sites using Master Pages, Web Parts, .Net Technologies and third-party applications.Knowledge of Modern Site Pages, including document library views, events, or quick linksProven experience with core web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, Ajax, API integration, JSON, JQuery, etc.) and SharePoint FrameworkExperience working with Microsoft Teams, Teams app development, Microsoft Yammer, Microsoft 365 Records ManagementFamiliarity with related Microsoft 365 services, in particular OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), and SharePoint Online PowerShellExperience working with SharePoint modern pages and modern web partsExperience working on migration /modernization projects to SharePoint Online or OnPrem (using Metalogix, AvePoint, ShareGate, etc.)Ability to work independently when designing, testing, or troubleshooting SharePoint applicationsExperience working with Azure DevOpsProficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate technical information to technical and non-technical customers.Aspirant is an equal opportunity employer.
