Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking a Senior Specialist Software Engineer to join our dynamic Infinity team in Colorado Springs, CO. The position requests a Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Summary of Responsibilities: • Capable of managing complex projects/processes w/general oversight• Implement strategic goals established by project leadership• Strong communication skills with internal team, customers, & vendors• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees• Explain and interpret policies, procedures, and practices• Assist with the development of test plans, test cases, and testing scripts for manual and automated testing• Advocate for S/W priorities in daily scrum meetings and sprint planning• Collaborate closely with the Test & Integration team• Analyze user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility• Lead software integration efforts with minimal supervision/direction• Attend and participate in project planning and execution meetings Qualifications:Required:- Experienced Full Stack Java Developer. - Understands Agile Scrum Process. - Knows Attlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluece, BitBucket, etc.) - Understands full software lifecycle (requirements, design, code, unit test, etc.). - Familiarity with testing on hardware is a plus. - Understands Linux.
