Financial Resources Specialist with Security Clearance

As a Financial Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial services to assist the Government with managing their WCF Enterprise, administering SLAs, and maintaining budgets and resource data in support of the mission! Click APPLY to be contacted about this position What You Will Be Doing: * Maintaining client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), amendments to the SLAs, and the official files relating to the SLAs. * Coordinating SLA revisions with customers. * Providing customers with project cost proposals. * Maintaining data integrity in MAXIMO and other applicable systems. * Maintaining CostPoint, which is the budget database that tracks project budgets, project sales orders, billing sales orders, and the creation of month-end invoices. * Ensuring accurate accounting for expenditures; coordinating with customer, Government finance offices, and other personnel as required. * Supporting monthly preparation of financial statements. * Working with Government managers and project managers to maintain budgets and providing budget updates and corrective actions as needed. * Supporting procurement actions as required; providing research as requested. * Assisting with the development of concepts of operation, process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and program plans; detailing all assumptions, limitations, interfaces, responsibilities, and specific requirements of the program elements. * Monitoring activity status, identifying and resolving relevant issues, developing contingency plans, providing updates, and taking corrective action. * Producing and maintaining documentation in accordance with established governance. Must Have: * MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances. * Minimum of five years of specialized experience in a financial field (i.e. accounting, budgeting, finance). * Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related discipline.
