As part of this, you will drive the vision, strategy and growth of operational knowledge by applying engaging and innovative techniques.As a Knowledge Management Manager, you will directly manage a team of Knowledge Associates. You will work with peer managers on back-end structuring of content so it can be easily repurposed and governed as well as on the front-end content hierarchy for personalized homepage experiences. You will also lead your team to bring localization and a regional perspective into your team''s writing and editorial process. Talent is our top priority and you will be responsible for enabling your team to meet our service level agreements, product launch deadlines, maintaining the quality of the content, documenting best practices, driving business partner relationships, and coaching your team members. This role provides interesting, varied work, and requires innovative thinking in a fast-paced, high-growth regional environment.The ideal candidate is an experienced and dynamic people leader with deep industry knowledge and champions continuous improvement in internal knowledge management systems and processes.WHAT YOU WILL DO: Drive the strategic vision of our internal Knowledge Management platforms across multiple departments and regions Identify and implement a regional knowledge base platform solution Mentor and lead other employees who are supporting knowledge management initiatives Identify, classify and track all operational knowledge, including job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, guides, scripts, email templates, etc. Introduce strong frameworks that enable resources and processes to effectively scale with the business Liaise with our translation provider to manage ongoing translation/localization requirements and best practices. Collaborate with learning and development to deliver up to date training on processes, tools, and other knowledge related items. Drive strong communication on program goals, objectives, and next steps while establishing a regular rhythm for knowledge updates. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Bachelor''s Degree preferred. Relevant fields of study may include Business, Communications, Journalism, Library Science, or Management AND/OR industry-approved knowledge management certifications as well as proven experience in knowledge management, learning and development, content creation, and/or other relevant areas. Minimum of 4+ years of dynamic experience within people management or people leadership positions and preferably in the field of knowledge management preferred Passionate about learning and implementing knowledge management methodologies and tools Experience with fast-paced environments: you have implemented high-quality solutions quickly and acted autonomously while navigating new and ambiguous business initiatives Experience using KM & Documentation platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, readme, Documentum, Zendesk, Docebo, Rustici etc. is a major asset.
