For more information, visit Sr. Marketing Manager, GGM - Primary knee implants is responsible for the development & execution of global primary knee implant strategy and execution for the Primary Knee business. Lead a team of marketing professionals in developing, managing and executing a pipeline of differentiated primary knee implant solutions derived from deep customer insights that restore knee function sooner and Keep People Moving! Key Responsibilities: This high visibility position will lead the launch execution of two of the most anticipated launches at DePuy Synthes while shaping the future of the knee implant portfolio to drive commercial success for the knee platform and help restore knee function for surgeons and patients worldwide. This role is responsible for the evolution and execution of the Attune and legacy Primary Knee implant portfolio. The person will lead with an agile mindset, be able to influence decisions across multiple levels, functions, platforms and stakeholders while ensuring execution with excellence of primary knee implant strategy.People Leadership - This role is responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing team. The Sr. Marketing Manager is expected to lead/coach/develop a team of direct and indirect reports in order to accomplish market-leading growth of the kinematically advanced ATTUNE knee platform and create a culture of inclusion, employee development and mercial Strategy & Execution - Lead the development of US & global strategies that result in market growth. Flawlessly execute the aligned strategy through the US & Global commercial organizations. Be the subject matter authority for the portfolio.Customer Insights, brand management and commercial execution - Lead initiatives to identify key customer needs and procedural market trends. Partner with US & Global colleagues to ensure alignment between our global implant portfolio and regional needs. Drive an efficient portfolio of implant brand offerings that are differentiated in the market and meets the needs of customers and their patients to restore knee function sooner.Product Launches - Responsible for leading worldwide implant product launches (LEX process) and commensurate marketing materials, pricing strategies, promotional plans, training plans, forecasts, etc. Lead launch efforts with key cross-functional stakeholders, KOL''s, Regional Marketing and Sales that meet or exceed business objectives.Financial Planning Manage budgets, conduct value analyses, make tradeoff & prioritization decisions in support of financial goals. Conduct leadership reviews that report on progress to plan and impact on the business.QualificationsEducation: A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. An MBA or other advanced business degree is preferred.Required: 5+ years total of progressive business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, R&D, Sales, or a combination of experience in these functions.2+ years people management or project management experience.Proven experience of strong communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to influence others..Minimum of 2 years of experience in a highly regulated industry.Ability to work in a handson, fast paced, customer focused environment.Position requires approximately 35%+ travel including weekends.
