As a project and subcontract manager you will be a member of the T Program Program Management Office (PMO) team working directly with the program manager, site lead, and customer supporting the following activities:• Managing and tracking program projects, customer taskers, and other activities to ensure both efficient execution as well as future capabilities. • Manage an effective project management tracking process. • Ensure project results and customer deliverables meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost • Participate in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule • Collaborate with the Mission Sync Manager on managing vacancies, onboarding, work allocation and associated activities to ensure program staffing meets customer requirements • Maintain an integrated staffing environment to support ongoing metrics, analysis, recommendations, to include risks and opportunities • Participate in the proposal process Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience. Basic Qualifications:• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders to include program, company, subcontractors and customers• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and taskers across the enterprise• Ability to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data that effectively shows key metrics, performance, and identifies potential risks• Experience working with teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion of those items• Experience with Microsoft suite of management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)Desired Skills:• Experience working in a classified environment with a focus on mission• Experience working with teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion of those items• PMP Certification• Experience with local customer including experience in operations environment • Experience with subcontractor workforce, administration and management • Understanding of local site policies, procedures, and processes • Experience in developing and/or managing the development of White Papers • Strong project management skills, including the ability to put a formal plan together and manage to completionBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.Qualifications Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
