Quality Supervisor (Level 3) with Security Clearance

Quality Supervisor Manages more than one functional area in Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection. • Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. • Ability to work First, Second or Flex Shifts as needed. • Responsible for resource allocation, work assignments and establishing/maintaining an effective business rhythm. • Responsible for all aspects of quality for assigned area of responsibility. Communicates quality requirements, concerns and expectations. • Active participant in risk and opportunity management processes. Ensures cost commitments and financial responsibilities are met. • Ensures appropriate identification and flow down of quality requirements (internal and contractual) and effective implementation of quality requirements. • Ensures effective implementation of quality management system within area of responsibility. • Ensures effective implementation of a metrics program and actively address adverse trends. • Ensures product acceptance and delivery per established process and program requirements. • Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.• Weekend coverage on an as needed basis is required.• Must have a Interim Clearance to start.
