We are sourcing for a Cybersecurity Boundary Defense Team Lead for a new opportunity. This position, is located at Scott AFB in O''Fallon, IL. and requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Cybersecurity Boundary Defense Team Lead The Cybersecurity Boundary Defense Team Lead shall be the contractor lead to the Government for Cybersecurity Boundary Defense. The minimum skills and experience/working knowledge required are as follows: * Technical Level III certification per DoD 8570.01-M * Seven (7) years of IA/cyber security experience, with at least four (4) of those involving application of DoD policy, direction, and guidance to customer environments * NIST and DoD security policies, directives, and guidelines * Zero trust architecture and design (e.g., authentication, authorization, least privilege access control, network micro-segmentation, security orchestration and automation, and privileged access management) * Network architecture and design (e.g., security stack and integration with office automation products and services to include production, test, development, and demilitarized zone (DMZ) enclaves). * Border device security (e.g., firewall, HTTP Proxy, WAF, VLANs, IP Subnetting, Ports and protocols) * Securing virtualization/cloud infrastructure concepts, technologies, and services * Auditing (e.g., system accounts, security logs, system and network anomalies) * Cybersecurity Metrics - capture & documentation Desired Skills: * Current Microsoft server and workstation operating system (OS) security configurations * Current Red Hat Linux Enterprise OS security configurations * Current Unix OS security configurations * Current Microsoft server security * Virtualization functionality and security * Encryption standards * Technical writing - technical documents and user training materials Education: Bachelors or Masters degree preferred Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
