LABOR CATEGORY : Data Analyst AEYON POSITION TITLE : Navy FIP Data Analyst LOCATION : Washington, DC - Hybrid JOB DESCRIPTION : Aeyon Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates to support the Department of Navy''s (DON) Financial Management Transformation Initiatives to implement business solutions All Must : Familiarity with DON processes and procedures preferred Completing system development lifecycle (SDLC) technical documentation, Developing requirements, functional design specifications and process flow Testing system processes and functionality; developing test scripts, assisting users with acceptance testing Assist in deployment activities Creating and/or maintaining databases Data analytics including data visualization, data reports, data cleansing scripts, and data validation Perform technical data analytics. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Secret EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in a of study relevant to his/her professional role. Directed to exercise core skills on projects, or may direct Small Teams EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Data Analyst Level II: Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience. DA III : Independently apply Advanced Tech Expertise & Skills to implement Bus. Solutions. Provide direction to Project Teams and interact with FM&C and Govt. Clients at Branch / Division Head Level EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Data Analyst Level III: Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience. DA IV : Perform independent QA reviews of Program performance and Deliverables against Contractual REQs. Responsible for onsite QC, Review, Approval of Working Papers and Findings IQW standards, laws, policies, and regulations. Leads Teams for complex workstreams and/or experts in Accounting, FM, Bus. Systems. Interact with FM&C & Govt. Clients at Division Head Level or above. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Data Analyst Level IV: Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including six (6) years of experience leading change management services and related projects. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS : The implementation and enforcement of Executive Order 14043 is currently suspended under an injunction pending further litigation.
