Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

InBloom Autism Services is hiring *new* or *experienced* Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our diverse team, where culture, compensation, and support are unmatched. We are hiring for in-center, in-school, and in-home positions throughout the Broward county service area including at our two learning centers in Davie and Sunrise.If you do not have your certification, we offer a 1-2 week *paid* training program to new hires that will prepare you to obtain your RBT order to be considered, you *must* have at least completed the 40 hour RBT certification training course within the last 6 months. The course itself is *free* and you can access it using this link: RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), to prepare for a career providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism in home-based and center-based settings. Alongside our amazing team of BCBAs, you will implement top tier behavior therapy programs through one-on-one therapy, data collection, and teamwork to offer an incredibly valuable service to kiddos and families who rely on the InBloom team everyday. Whether you are a certified RBT or new to the field of ABA, you will go through a proprietary training program to ensure you are ready to provide the highest quality care to our kiddos.*About You - What Makes You a Great RBT: ** Must be able to effectively receive and communicate detailed information, both oral and written* Have reliable transportation, driver''s license, car insurance, and a smartphone* Excellent time management, punctuality, and readiness to work!
