As a data architect on our operational data store team, you''ll use your extensive technical expertise to lead the design of data architecture solutions for connecting multiple enterprise data sets into a common model to facilitate graph analytics and machine learning. You will oversee translating analytic and user requirements into enterprise data models that can be used in the advanced analytics data warehouse and data lake. You will communicate across functional teams to ensure best practices across the platform. In addition to enterprise data model development, you will oversee rapid prototyping and solutioning to further the development of the data platform. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. You Have: * 8+ years of experience developing and testing software * 3+ years of experience as a data architect or data modeler in medium to large enterprise systems * 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions in medium to large enterprise systems * 2+ years of experience working with, designing, and optimizing relational database-backed solutions * Ability to work with RDBMS and NoSQL data stores, including Elasticsearch, Cassandra, and MongoDB, or object data stores, including S3 and HBase * Ability to obtain a security clearance * Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Experience developing production applications using Java * Experience as a Database Administrator * Knowledge of modeling data in the RDF standard and the associated tooling to ensure RDF compliance * Knowledge of modeling data in the OWL standard and the associated tooling to ensure OWL compliance * Knowledge of graph database technologies, including Neo4j, JanusGraph, and D-Graph * Top Secret clearance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
