This individual hired to the F-35 Systems Engineer Staff, Reliability Analytics - Level 4 role will perform as an integral team member of the F-35 Sustainment Reliability Analytics Team and be a technical interface for performance metric reporting. The position will interface directly with both internal and external customers at all levels. Successful candidate will accomplish analysis of F-35 sustainment system performance degraders to include sustainment Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, maintenance procedures and system trends experienced in the field. Primary responsibilities will consist of analyzing performance data to identify critical items degrading fleet performance and converting the information into presentable format to required stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include: analyzing field performance data to drive decisions for solution alternatives; developing solutions to complex problems consistent with Sustainment performance metrics and reporting; analysis of sustainment system performance degraders and trends experienced in the field; attend meetings/debriefings, as required, to aid in the rapid identification of emerging issues that would require company intervention to avoid aircraft downtime; analyze Work Order, Action Request (AR), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) data and trends to identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to improve system performance. Candidate will address sustainment improvement initiatives at a systems level, analyzing impacts to air system performance conducting lower-level root cause analysis where appropriate to determine actionable solution sets. Candidate will maintain open lines of communication to provide proactive interface with stakeholders on performance metric reporting. Candidate will be a self-starter, manage time appropriately and have the ability to establish and maintain a library of technical performance reporting.
