The Operations Support Specialist will possess both technical and business skills to recommend, engage and manage their clients strategic initiatives. The Operations Support Specialist will perform any and all job-related duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Well versed in developing and sustaining effective relationships with senior management & identifying opportunities within the clients network Provide insights to enhance delivery models & outcomes that meet the client''s expectations Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders covering a range of business sectors Collaborate with implementation & development teams to enhance service delivery. Responsible for the maintenance of the governance model and meeting structure Understand, meet and exceed the key performance indicators Ability to review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management. Continual improvement of process flows to lower cost and improve outcomes Interacting with customers and suppliers, answering questions, and resolving issues Strong attention to details and accuracy, using problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Ability to successfully prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously Excellent strategic planning, project management and implementation skills Reduce cost through improved workflow automation and efficiency Provide reports and statistical/analytical information for management and clients Prepare, coordinate and lead meetings with the client and project management team Establishes and manages effective, consistent communication with Client personnel Identifies and address business needs; provides guidance and timely responses to questions and requests Provides analysis and context for project performance management data Attends and participates in committees and task forces as assigned Promote Guidehouse values, overall teamwork and a positive work environment Performs all other job functions related to this job. QualificationsBachelor''s degree preferred 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis Project management and leadership experience. Ability to analyze and improve operational processes. Strong people management and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Skill in executing operational policy and procedures as identified by program. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community Strong analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills Working knowledge and understanding of the principles and processes of computerized business and operating systems Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Conflict resolution skills. Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) products is required. Ability to initiate and follow through on projects Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal or no supervision Strong attention to details and accuracy Experience with using data analytics to assess performance Ability to understand and meet clients needs and special requests Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
