As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners. In this role, you will provide support to the Account Management Team for Google Geo Platform - Core, strategizing with the Account Managers and Partner Sales Team to increase account and territory business growth. You will work directly with customers, coordinate internal resources, and construct successful strategies at account and territory level. You are a creative and experienced sales leader with a true passion for Sales/Account Management/Customer Success. You will provide excellent customer and partner engagement focused on retention and growth, strategizing with sales partners and vendors on how to increase account value. You will equip the customers and teams with content and tools necessary to provide exceptional customer service. You will work directly with customers, coordinate internal resources, and construct successful strategies to empower customers to achieve success using Google Geo. Most of all, you have a commitment to providing Google Geo customers with the best possible experience. Responsibilities Manage and develop strong relationships with a set of allocated accounts within a given sales territory. Provide excellent customer service. Proactively and creatively understand and solve client problems, constantly striving for great success. Analyze data trends and client performance, identify opportunities and create implementation plans how to maximize results. Support the regional leads, partner and vendor community with training, materials and ongoing support. Engage and coordinate internal groups as needed to resolve customer issues and maximize customer retention. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or account management CRM experience (, Oracle, SAP) Languages: Based on location / role English business level language is a must EMEA: French; a 3rd European language (German, Spanish, Italian) would be an advantage Preferred qualifications: Track record in sales. Ability to build relationships and deliver in a cross-functional/matrixed environment. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively and balance multiple, disparate work streams.
