Job Description ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command''s MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic and tactical MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. Duties will include:* Provide requirements management across one or more SATCOM programs* Support the development, integration and management of the SATCOM technical requirement baseline* Establish requirement baseline using DOORS* Develop planning schema and DOORS eXtension Language (DXL) scripts* Work with stakeholders to obtain requirement data for processing and incorporation into DOORS database* Establish and analyze Requirements traces, generate Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and traceability reports* Facilitate resolution of requirements discrepancy issues* Prepare and coordinate requirement change packages, administer & track Baseline Changes* Support planning of test verification and certification activities Qualifications Required (Skills) * Bachelor''s Degree in a technical field * 4+ years of experience in requirements validation, generation, verification, change management* 2+ years of experience in SE&I environment* Demonstrated expertise in managing DOORS requirement database, including the use of DXL scripts* Demonstrated ability to identify requirements issues and to propose recommendations* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Excellent written, verbal communications and presentation skills* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, with attention to details* Capable of autonomous on-the-job learning and improvement* ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN Qualifications Desired * Certifications in systems engineering (INCOSE)* Proficient in SE&I process standards (systems engineering background)* Familiar with SMC acquisition and requirement management processes experience with working in a highly competitive multi-contractor environmentLI-TL1 Benefit Highlights • Annual education tuition reimbursement • 401(k) Plan with 2.5% dollar-for-dollar company match in first year of employment, and up to 6% company match thereafter • Medical, dental and vision insurance • Spending Accounts - FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and HSA • Leave available for holidays, bereavement, jury duty, military service, family medical leave, and as required by State law • Paid Time Off • 100% Company paid Employee Assistance Program and life, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, business travel accident, and professional liability insurance (employee only) • Other voluntary programs, including supplemental life, auto and home insurance, and legal program • Computer purchase discount • Recognition and reward programs • Patent awards • Technical paper awards for presentations and publications • Recruitment awards • Length of service awards • Community service recognition Division Description ENSCO has been delivering engineering, science, and advance technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969.
